Products and purchases

Individual products have their own terms, pricing, and refund policies published on the product's website:

• Tenantivo — property management for landlords and investor-landlords.
• BookBillPay — scheduling, invoicing, and payments for small service businesses. Payments are processed by Stripe on the owner's connected Stripe account; ScgDigital does not hold client funds.

Product-specific terms apply to that product in addition to these general terms.

Accounts

To use most products you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

Content and software on this site and in our products are owned by ScgDigital or our licensors. Product names such as Tenantivo and BookBillPay, and the ScgDigital name and logo, are trademarks of ScgDigital. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

Our sites and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScgDigital disclaims all warranties (express or implied) and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
