Who we are

ScgDigital is a digital products company. We build and operate business software and video games. This policy covers scgdigital.com and general marketing pages for our products. Each individual product (for example, Tenantivo at tenantivo.com and BookBillPay at bookbillpay.com) may publish its own product-specific privacy policy that governs data collected inside that product.

Information we collect on this site

When you visit scgdigital.com we collect only what is needed to run the site:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security, debugging, and reliability.
• Information you voluntarily submit through the Contact page or by emailing us (your name, email, and message).

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Information collected inside our products

When you sign up for or use one of our products, that product collects the information it needs to operate. For example:

• Tenantivo collects landlord and tenant account details, property and lease records, rent and payment data, maintenance requests, and accounting entries.
• BookBillPay collects owner account details, business profile information, client contacts, bookings, invoices, and payment references from Stripe.

Product-specific data collection, sharing, and retention are described in that product's own privacy policy, which you can review on the product's website before signing up.

How we use information

We use information only to operate and improve our sites and products:

• Provide, secure, and improve the site and each product.
• Respond to inquiries you send us.
• Send transactional messages required by a product (for example, receipts, confirmations, or security alerts).
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run ads.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us run our sites and products, and only as needed. Common providers include:

• Microsoft Azure — hosting, storage, and infrastructure security.
• Azure Communication Services — transactional email and SMS delivery.
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for products that accept payments (including BookBillPay and Tenantivo).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies required to keep the site working (for example, an anti-forgery cookie on forms). Product sites and product apps may use additional cookies described in each product's privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep server logs and contact messages only as long as needed for operations and security. Data inside a product is retained under that product's terms; when a product account is deleted, that product removes or anonymizes personal data within 30 days, except where records must be kept for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data responsibly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents may have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below from your account address. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our sites and products are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
