Department of Defense — Readiness, Inspection, Training & Logistics
Direct past performance on Department of Defense programs covering readiness reporting,
inspection and self-assessment, training and compliance, and deployed base logistics.
Inspection Program Status-Tracking Tool
U.S. Air Force
Designed and built a Microsoft Access application to track inspection status for the
U.S. Air Force Inspection Program. The tool recorded inspection items, findings,
corrective actions and due dates, and produced status reports for unit leadership —
replacing scattered spreadsheets and paper tracking with one centralized record.
The Air Force Inspection System (AFI 90-201) requires every unit to run a continuous
self-assessment and quality-assurance program; this tool supported that program with
workflow for inspection items, findings, corrective actions, and leadership reporting
between formal inspections.
Customer: U.S. Air Force
Program: AFI 90-201
Platform: Microsoft Access
Scope: Inspection item tracking
ComPlan — Air Force Training & Compliance System
U.S. Air Force
Air Force training and compliance system. Tracks members, workcenters, AFSCs
(Air Force Specialty Codes), CDC (Career Development Course) enrollments, evaluations,
equipment, formal training, tests, and deployments, with the related reports leadership
needs for monthly readiness reviews.
Built as a shared library with automated tests and a thin web front end, so the same
training rules can be reused across tools.
Customer: U.S. Air Force
Scope: Training & readiness
Architecture: Shared library + web
QA: Automated tests
TaskTrainer — Member-Level Training Tracker
U.S. Air Force
Companion tool to ComPlan: pick a member and view or change that person’s training
— tasks, categories, training records, and attachments — so trainers and supervisors
can keep an auditable record per individual.
Customer: U.S. Air Force
Scope: Individual training records
Workflow: Trainer / supervisor
Base Billeting & Transient Personnel Tracker
U.S. Air Force
Designed and built while deployed in Afghanistan to manage billeting for transient personnel
on base. The system tracked who was staying where — tent and cot assignment — along
with origin, arrival, and projected departure, giving leadership a live inventory of short-term
residents as people continually rotated in and out.
High turnover of temporary lodging made paper and spreadsheet tracking unreliable. Centralizing
assignments and stay windows in one tool improved accountability for who was on base, where they
slept, and when they were expected to leave.
Customer: U.S. Air Force
Environment: Deployed theater (Afghanistan)
Scope: Transient billeting & personnel location
Users: Base logistics / billeting & leadership

U.S. Navy

enterprise Readiness & Cost Reporting Program. Program-specific detail is available in
tailored proposal responses on request.
Customer: U.S. Navy (NECC)
Accessibility: Built to Section 508 expectations
Scope: Enterprise readiness reporting

public past-performance package. Tailored narratives available on request for qualified
